We ship all over the world.

All international shipping costs will be calculated after your cart is processed. All shipping is provided with tracking details and we will either ship through DHL or Australia Post depending on your location. 

Please note, all our return policy details are as follows:

As our bags are made to order, we advise that if you are not 100% satisfied with your bag, a full store credit will be applied to your name. All returns must be notified within 5 days of the arrival of the shipped package and returns must be made within 7 days from notification, returned in perfect and unused condition. 

Fully customised (outside the website purchases) items cannot be returned unless they are damaged prior to receiving. Should the item be faulty, we have a 10 day, from date of delivery, return review, where we will assess the item and discuss your refund.

If the bag is damaged after use we can happily repair the item if possible. Faults before use can be returned for a replacement. Please notify us via our email or contact us page within 10 days of receiving your order. 

Please note, we are happy to help try and repair your item where possible for up to 6 months. Just email us and we can discuss how to help you!

Stamping returns - if your item has been stamped, you cannot return the item unless it is severely damaged prior to delivery. Any damage to postage cannot be under the responsibility of Honey & Heid and will have to be addressed with your delivery company. 

All returns must be received noted within 5 days of shipping arrival and returned within 7 days, with all return shipping costs will be covered by the buyer.
